Bin Salem General Trading Enterprises forms a joint venture with Harland Simon Public Limited Abu Dhabi, December 4^th 2006.

The new joint venture will bear the name of Harland Simon Trading “Gulf” LLC

Mr. Ahmed Bin Mohamed Salem Al Dhaheri, CEO of Bin Salem GTE, announced the establishment of an innovative joint venture between Bin Salem GTE and Harland Simon Public Limited under the name of Harland Simon Trading “Gulf” LLC, based in Abu Dhabi.

Commenting on this new joint venture, Mr. Al Dhaheri said: “The new Company will provide its customers with world-class automation and information systems according to international standards in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf Region”.  He added: “Bin Salem GTE is a local company with an international outlook, and since its inception in 1995 it has adhered to a strategy of growth, diversification and consolidation and has active representation for a number of major worldwide multipurpose companies”.  About Harland Simon Public Limited, Mr. Al Dhaheri said: “It is a leading British Engineering Company dedicated to process control and production management systems”.  Over the years, the Company has managed to develop special expertise in the application of cost effective automation systems in addition to accurate and high quality centralized production and quality control systems, information management systems, systems integration, supply and support systems for Blue Chip companies around the world.
