Harland Simon launch Post Press Solutions. 7th December 2006

Harland Simon, the press control and management system specialist, has today announced the formation of a Post Press Solutions group. The group will focus its activities on establishing Harland Simon ‘within the mailroom and beyond’, according to Doug Mace, the managing director at HS. He goes on to say, ‘A number of new and existing customers have recently asked us to get involved in their post press areas. I think that this has been driven by the increased complexity in that area and our well-established credentials for providing excellent control and management solutions. In order to continue our push into post press and to provide a point of contact for the market, I have asked Tim Young to take the role of Manager - Post Press Solutions’.

Young says, ‘We’re proud of what we’ve achieved in press halls and mailrooms around the world and the purpose of today’s announcement is to promote continued success in post press. We already have a number of systems installed in the UK and US and we will be offering a full range of solutions - from small processor upgrades to full-blown mailroom and vanway management’.
