Harland Simon team up with Star*Key Software. 8th June 2006

Harland Simon has teamed up with commercial estimating software supplier Star*Key Software to be able to offer the growing semi-commercial and commercial market, a total information management system. Harland Simon has added job ticketing, estimating, invoicing, and analysis to their already popular suite of PRIMA MS modules to create PRIMA Commercial MIS. The new system will allow customers to take advantage of the power that MS has brought major newspapers like Chicago Sun Times, Toronto Star, and Wall Street Journal; however, with the ability to estimate and quote for the smallest of jobs.

Harland Simon’s Senior Vice President, John Staiano commented, “as more and more newspapers are filling their available press time with commercial jobs, PRIMA Commercial MIS will allow them to compete, while still having an integrated system that allows accurate planning, monitor and most importantly analyzing and reporting.”

The PRIMA commercial element is available separately to any existing PRIMA MS customer.
