| Production Monitoring
Real time view of the state
of production
Graphical and tabular views
for maximum clarity
The Production
Monitoring suite of applications provides production management
with essential at-a-glance information, both real-time and
historic, about the most recent production runs.
An easily understood
set of displays provides production management with all they
need to know including start times, predicted finish times,
copy counts and stop reasons.
Below are a couple of examples of graphical and tabular information
taken from the comprehensive range of displays.

Event Logging
Historic view of the events
that have affected production and maintenance
Sophisticated search parameters
enable detailed analysis
The Event Logging module enables
the PRIMA MS user to search
through all the events that have been logged since the system
was last archived.
As events happen on the presses,
Management System or scanning device they can be recorded
in the database of the PRIMA MS.
Subsequently, a user can see whether one event was logged
before another or how many web breaks have occurred on a press
during the last month, for example.

Selection criteria can be applied
to focus the search over a particular period or on a particular
piece of equipment.
Reports
Standard set of typical
production reports
Ability to create and customize
ones own report format
The Reports module
is designed to provide management with the production performance
information they require in order to direct their efforts
more accurately at improving operation and efficiency.
The industry
standard Crystal Reports report writer and Microsoft Excel
spreadsheet software packages are used for analyzing data
and producing reports. A set of pre-configured reports is
provided with the module, but the user also has the ability
to create new reports should he so desire.
The data used
for the Reports module is kept separate from the run-time
system data in order to improve access for users wishing to
create reports.
